The Cobblestone Museum has established the Cobblestone Arboretum dedicated to advancing the planting, study and conservation of trees and woody plants on our campus.
Visitors to the Arboretum are encouraged to take a self-guided tour of our campus and utilize the electronic mapping tools provided on our website. (Wifi Access is available as needed.) Over 100 trees comprising over 30 different species are also clearly identified with labels found on each tree. More inforation is also available by calling the Museum at (585) 589-9013.

The Cobblestone Arboretum has been granted accreditation with ArbNet, an interactive community of Arboreta sponsored by the Morton Arboretum. ArbNet facilitates the sharing of knowledge, experience, and other resources to help arboreta meet their institutional goals and works to raise professional standards through the ArbNet Arboretum Accreditation Program. The Cobblestone Arboretum has been assisted in this process by advisor, Tom Jones, Mt Hope Cemetery Arborist of Rochester, NY. Tom has been an active arborist at Mt. Hope for over two decades.
