"Cobblestone ca. 1849", Realtor advertisement, Brighton-Pittsford Post, page 8-C, 11/2/1978. The following is part of the content of an April 8,1977 letter from then owner Alma J. Huber who was informing the Cobblestone Society of the intended sale of the property: This house is situated on its own scenic hill with 2,560 feet road frontage controlling both sides of the road. There are 79 acres. The cobblestone has 9 rooms [of which there are] three bedrooms [and] 1 ½ baths.
