Grace Denniston and Kay Walter will offer tips and recipes for Gluten Free Cooking. Not everyone needs a gluten free diet, but for those with gluten sensitivity, it can be a real balancing act. Students are encouraged to share their own insight and substitutions. Learn how some of our heritage recipes can be altered to be safe for you. Class cost is $15.
